Billing for the Services will begin on the date of receipt, the same day Hotel Casablanca receives the Customer. Billing for the Services will be made at the Customer's expense, in accordance with the prices set. Hotel Casablanca does not have a deposit amount established, although you can request it on special dates marked in calendar as High Season.

Unless otherwise indicated in the Particular Conditions and the corresponding Order Orders, the Client will make the payment for the services received upon arrival at the accommodation and by payment in cash.

The parties, waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granada. The applicable law will be Spanish.
